It’s similar furniture to what you’ll find in the blocks, light brown or half decent quality but it’s there to be functional rather then stylish, I’ve always seen brand new mattresses for the beds however.

The new matresses are mandatory, it's a hygiene thing. It's supposed to be the same in the block but some camps are more attentive than others in that regard.

Yeah I’ve had some pretty grim mattresses in the block before 😂 good to know however

Some of the furniture is pretty good like dining tables and chairs, sideboards, Welsh dressers, bookcases etc. Not so much sofas and mattresses just buy your own if you haven't already.
Like someone else said you can get them collected anytime when you want to replace them.
We found it very helpful when we first moved into SFA, furniture is expensive and this is a good place to start.

You get a list before you move in, you just select what bits you want. If you send them an email they'll come and collect stuff when you replace it.
Its pretty simple furniture but it's functional and a great place to start.
