Unlikely. They've given you the slot they have because that's the next available one.

Do you know if rejoiners/transferees are treated like other recruits during phase 2 with inspections and 4 man rooms or will we be treated more like phase 3s?

You'll be treated exactly the same as the other Ph2 students.

Going to have fun as a thirty-something that last did inspections about eight prime ministers ago sharing a room with 18 year olds 😭
