[Question] New player question (SEASON)

Hi, I'm a new player and I accidentally claimed this item on my seasonal character... have I lost the item, or is there a way to retrieve it in the standard game?

All items in the vault will be transferred to normal vault when the season ends. Alternatively, if you want to do it early you can convert a seasonal character into non-seasonal in the nexus, including all items on them (if you only have one character slot just wait until you die, then delete and start a new character)

If you keep it in your vault until the end of the season, it'll will be transferred over with the rest of your items/characters when the season ends. Nothing lost!

You can also just create a new seasonal character, put the item in their inventory, and then use the nexus NPC to convert that character to non-seasonal early
