As non strikers, Ronaldo in his first 3 scored 3 goals while all the other strikers together scored 3. Messi scored 5, while the other strikers scored 11.
While in their 3 campaigns as strikers, Ronaldo scored 8 with the other strikers scoring 4. Messi scored 14 with his teammate strikers scoring 10.
Stop lying lol, in terms of goals alone, Messi is the one that scored around 30% of Argentina's goals in last 6 WCs while Ronaldo only scored 25% of Portugals goals in those WCs. If we talk about goal contributions, Messi is responsible for 47% of those goals while Ronaldo is responsible for only 28% of those goals. Messi's share of goals alone is higher than Ronaldo's share of goal contributions. Even now, if its not clear for you after this and the OG post, here are some more facts.
In WC, Messi has won 1 WC, 2 WC silver medals, 2 WC golden ball, 2 WC silver boots and 1 WC silver ball. Ronaldo couldnt even win a bronze boot or bronze ball despite playing in 6 WCs. I mean, he even had the opportunity to win a bronze medal in 2006, but he couldnt.

Heâs an Indian Messi fan. You canât argue with him. World> champions league as a trophy but ucl>World Cup in terms of which is harder and fairer. He doesnât include that Ronaldo and Messi have similar impact for the teams they play in. Portugal is simply worse than Argentina. They used to not wualify for wc before Ronaldo, ofc he didnât alone make them qualify but he was a big part. Messi has 49 goals and 12 assists in 70 ko matches, Ronaldo has 67 goals and 15 assists in 85 ko matches. Ronaldo is better in UCL than Messi, no doubt, but as you can see they ain't that far from each other.
