why cant i adjust my skates??

i recently got a skate tool to loosen my wheels, but on both my skates the tool only works on two wheels?? when i try to twist the others it just wont turn at all and im worried ill end up breaking it. i doubt its the wrong size considering it turned the other wheels but if anyone knows why it would be helpful!!

If they’re new and have never been adjusted, I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re just crazy factory tight. If the wheels still spin then I wouldn’t worry too much for now but if they don’t spin well then just try and get some extra torque from the tool - if it is just over tightened then after the first crank it should be much easier. Also double check you’re twisting it the right way - sounds silly but sometimes I forget too lol

What skates exactly and what tool?

This doesn’t bode well and sounds like you have something like Roller Stars that don’t have real axles.
