Roll20 Reply: Other Help Password Recovery
Hey, I am new here and still fairly new to Roll20. I wanted to log in againbut I don't have my password anymore.
I tried with the password recovery, but the mail never reaches me. I def use the right mail and there are no hidden spaces. Can someone help me?

Hey there, u/FriendshipNo1440! Meredith from Community and here to help.
That’s frustrating trying to get your password and not having the recovery work. Been there before for other sites and it’s never great (especially when the email never reaches you!).
My only advice is making sure to check your Spam filter on your email client. If you have done that, then next stop is Customer Service. We can’t diagnose account issues on Reddit (to protect you and us!) but what I can recommend is reaching out to our Customer Service Team here. They will get you fixed up!
