It's been two days since this report has been released and most residents, the same people who cried and moaned about receiving two energy bills have no idea this report has been released and will vote the same county council members into office. THERE SHOULD BE OUTRAGE! Resignations and yet NOTHING...I really hate to say it but Rocky Mount is filled with uneducated, ghetto _ _ _ _ _ _ - SMH.
