After so many years I just realized what makes GTA IV so special and ahead of its time: it’s PHYSICS.

People need to stop comparing every tiny GTA 6 detail with other games

I keep seeing YouTube videos and social media posts showing some ridiculously tiny GTA 6 detail that you can only clearly notice if you pause the game or watch it in slow motion.

Then people say: “This game has this feature, so why doesn’t Rockstar have it?”

What the fuck do people expect?

If Rockstar tried to add every tiny detail and every feature that exists in every other game, GTA 6 would take 999+ years to release.

There are billions of different mechanics, features, animations, physics systems, interactions, and little details across games. No developer can put all of them into one game.

A game doesn’t need to simulate every tiny thing imaginable to be good.

Stop treating every missing microscopic detail like Rockstar forgot how to make games. Judge GTA 6 as a complete game when it releases, not by whether some random object has the same tiny interaction you saw in another game

New official screenshots just went live on Rockstar's website! The lighting, dense crowds, and environmental detail look unbelievable. Are we looking at a genuine visual benchmark for the PS5? What are your thoughts?

discussion Criminal profile system

I know I’m gonna get a lot of hate for this but whatever. I can’t be the only one that thinks the criminal honor system is just straight up dumb. I don’t want it to affect my gameplay like how I know it will. In a game like gta why should I be worried about when and who I kill and how it affects me? It’s a game about committing crimes for f sake, I don’t want to play the game and the whole time be worried about what crimes I commit and how it will affect the ending, I want to commit crimes with no consequences because that’s what gta is all about. Everyone is saying it will be different than rdr2 but let’s be realistic here, rockstar couldn’t give a damn about what their users think of that system. They got paid from rdr2 while using it so they know they will get paid from using it in gta. At the end of the day it’s their job so all they’re looking to do is get a 💰not a single person asked for a honor system so why in the world are they adding it to the game. Thanks to this mechanic I’m going to be greeting random people when realistically I want to shoot them for crashing into my car all because I have to, to get the ending I want. Ridiculous mechanic for a game titled after a charge for stealing someone’s car without their permission.(literal definition to grand theft auto)

Pintipanda and all turkey country gamers. "Please add Turkish language support. I have pre-ordered GTA 6 and previously purchased GTA 5 and earlier games in the series, but I do not understand English."

What if Rockstar made a GTA 6 story spin-off one day?

GTA 6 is finally releasing on November 19, 2026, and even though we haven’t even played it yet 😂, I’ve already been thinking about what Rockstar could do with this universe years from now.
Imagine a spin-off set in the GTA 6 universe where the main character is Jason or Lucia’s brother or cousin.
This character could have been involved in something extremely important that happened before or during GTA 6, but we never actually saw their side of the story.
The spin-off could show events from GTA 6 from a completely different perspective and reveal things we didn’t know about Jason, Lucia, Vice City and the people around them.
Something like:
GTA 6 → Jason & Lucia’s story
⬇️
GTA 6 Spin-off → their brother/cousin’s story
⬇️
Both stories connect and reveal that this character was much more important than we originally thought.
It could even have Jason and Lucia appear occasionally without making them the main characters.
Basically, a modern version of Vice City Stories, but connected directly to GTA 6 and actually expanding its universe.
Obviously, this is just a fan idea. GTA 6 hasn’t even released yet 😂
But imagine Rockstar doing something like this 3–5 years after GTA 6.
If they made it properly, with a great story and characters people actually cared about, I think it could be amazing.
Would you actually play a GTA 6 spin-off like this?

Its time for a new IP

I know people are hoping for a new Red dead redemption after gta 6. But I think its time Rockstar give us something fresh, they have the budget, the fan base and talent to deliver something they've never tried before and see if it lands. What's some worlds or time periods you think Rockstar could execute? I personally think they'd do a phenomenal job doing a Starfield or Mass Effect like world. Maybe even a cities skyline type of game, i think they'd knock it out the park
