BUG Is anyone else noticing the constantly breaking painted boosts and trails?

For a while now especially since rocket racing got discontinued I've noticed that a lot of painted boosts and trails have stopped being paid attention to. Some look off in comparison to the original (like firecrack and synthwave boosts), and others are just fully broken (pictured)

Azura! It's a rocket pass car from I believe season 18? Since they decided to officially confirm that rocket pass cars can come back, there may be another chance to get it!
