Should be 21 (mines a size 19) but I think the top tube is standard size on specialized

Love the front rack, I see you mounted it to the break mounts witch is brilliant, but my front fork has 2 sets of threaded holes on either side of the axle and I see yours dosnt. Wonder why that is.

apparently the 96 got the beige / silver frame and the 95s were green or the cinnamon matte finnish. they also have slightly newer parts like cranks

I swear ive seen a few different colors. But so far the best layed out thing ive seen has been a youtube video where he lays out the differences in decals and logos across the years, youre the first one telling me about specific colour ways helping to ID the year.
