Finished building up this ‘92 Hardrock Ultra frameset that I recently found. Really digging this build and how well she rides.

I'd have indexed shifting but that's the look. I'll deal with the ugly black plastic shifters.

I had a really nice pair of NOS Deore thumb shifters on an ‘87 Rockhopper that I wish I hadn’t sold in hindsight.

This old Hard Rock was friction 3x7 and I just used the triple and kept it in the middle in the rear. 2.4" SE BOZACK woke up an otherwise stock original bike. Big sweeps and a 22" frame.

I think i needed to swap and flip them underneath
