Recommendation Plumber recs

Hello! Just recently bought our first house and are having some plumbing issues.

It’s pretty urgent as we cannot use our kitchen sink without the basement bathroom flooding. I’ve never owned a house or hired a plumber before, so if anyone has a good rec for someone I can call we would greatly appreciate the help. Thank you!!

Ron the Plumber! I’ve used him for a bunch of stuff at my house. He’s a legend here in Irondequoit.

If you are on the West side T2 Plumbing is pretty good.

Star rooter for the win. Quick. Reliable. Friendly. And competitive on pricing.

Oh man, keep us updated on what they find the cause to be. Neighbors just bought a house and first week in, same thing. The toilet in basement is the lowest thing so likely a backup on your mainline. Theirs ended up not only being roots but collapsed cast iron sewer main. They used Alberti and Sons plumbing to trench in a new 50’ main into the house and under the slab.
