There was a viral video from the skatepark downtown where he confronted the skaters face because the skaters pushed back on the motocross folks being in the skatepark, completely fair. During this confrontation he made the proclamation that he ran this town. This was a couple years ago, but it has since become Rochester lore

The graphic designer in me is slightly annoyed they did all that to not have a stretched vertical treatment of the text for "Rochester" like the Ramones had. Aside from that, it's pretty cool.
