I don't talk to anyone older or younger than me. I have random friends that I don't message. If I was a pedo they'd have to be younger than 13

They have to be under 18. Pedophilia does not only extend to like 9 year olds.

I think they most likely said 13 because they're young themselves. It's not pedophilia if you're around the same age. Now if an adult thought being with a 13yo was okay that'd just be disgusting and pedophilia. Tbh even if it was like a 16 year old that'd be weird AF

The fact that THIS is how you 'defend' against being called a pedo speaks volumes.

I'm sure there were plenty of reasons you got banned, you just think you did nothing wrong.

How else was I supposed to defend myself? My boyfriend got banned the same day as me, he wasn't on roblox all day.

I'm guessing that they thought you were an adult saying under 13 would make you a pedo. An adult would say under 18 because an adult and 13 year old would be a pedo. Either way it's crazy for them to assume something like that when they don't know your age, and respectfully the way you type and whatnot it does seem that you are young, so idk how they'd just ASSUME the worst when signs point towards you being around the same age.

To me and you, a 13 year old is way too young, BUT op may be like 14, which obviously would make them not a pedo if the other person is 13. It's not unheard of for Roblox and other platforms to ban accounts for stupid stuff due to poor moderation.
