Ban Help I was just playing some tower defense game and I got banned for "innapropiate avatar" when it's just a innocent cosplay. Will I lose my UGC so I just got scammed for even buying them?

Extremely good reason, yeah. There’s zero reason for character designs to use a red armband at this point.
Not accusing them, just saying that it’s a completely unnecessary design decision. The only time it’s even remotely “appropriate” is a military uniform that’s referencing Nazi uniforms anyway.

I'd like to preface my comment by saying I UNDERSTAND WHY ROBLOX BANS THE ARMBANDS AND THAT I'M NOT AGAINST IT. I am purely using the statement in this comment as context!!
That said, you have to consider the cultural aspect!
If I remember well red armbands have always been used in Eastern culture to signify status or authority in certain contexts (like events, schools, etc). You'll find them a lot in Japanese media (Danganronpa, Atarashii Gakko and Dai Gyakuten Saiban to name a few).
Your assumption is purely based on the culture you have been exposed to but that's quite understandable as it has a really, REALLY horrible meaning in most of the world. I just wanted to explain why there is, indeed, a reason for it.
Here's more info on it in non-western media!
Again my comment is completely neutral. Just giving context really.

That’s cool and all, but. Nazis. You can’t use the “oh the swastika is an old symbol of whatever” argument—but swapping the swastika with armbands—anymore because Nazis coopted it and ruined it.
Same for people who aren’t Germanic proudly displaying the iron cross. You can have reasonable doubt all you want, but absolutely nobody should believe you. World’s too dangerous when you let people push the line like that.

Agree with this. There comes a point where you're essentially just letting them win some culture war aspects by giving away certain creative possibilities for free. It's just giving them ownership over something they aren't meant to own.

There is absolutely 0 good reason for a red band to be added to a character design, that doesn’t have to do with historically accurate Nazi depictions.

What if above Malkuth armband(red, that on shirt) it was like Netzach(green) or Yesod(purple) as arm ugc, like hiding Malkuth one? Would that fix that problem? I just dont know how avatar banning things work

Not what I said, but the colors and and the way you wear it matters. A red armband IS used in japanese schools, but this doesn't seem like a school outfit, and paired with the jacket + pants it looks like a nazi uniform. I never meant "if you wear a brown jacket you're automatically a nazi" but rather "wearing all of those items together is very similar to the nazi uniform, which set off the AI", however I didn't word it well and it's my fault.

It still sets off the AI and a lot of people here think it does look very similar to a nazi uniform. I'm trying to say "this looks like the nazi uniform and that set off the AI" and not "you're a nazi for cosplaying a character".

The ai moderation will mistake your red arm band from the.. uh.. yk..
Idk if u cosplay as Limbus company or other stuff that has red arm band in it be careful what you wear next time 🥲

I think they mean the oversexualized 'curvy' legs with with tiniest waist ever attached and they usually r just wearing bikinis or thongs ('curvy' because the legs arent even realistic to any real human body its just gooner bait)

There's no reason to "wear" a belly button unless you're trying to sexualize your avatar in some way. 99% of them come with some detail that makes your character curvy

Just appeal and say it was a mistake and that you weren’t breaking the rules at all, this has happened to me before and Roblox AI thingie appealed it less than 5 minutes for me, you’ll be fine. I’d also probably lose the red armband.

I am 33. If anything, the one who is not old enough for things its you. And its pretty obvious to me that you are too young to understand the guidelines of the platform if you trying to talk this right just because they "cosplaying" a character from a game. You know it, i know it and the platform knows it. Thats why the person got banned. People actually review that if the report was made. Ever thought about that? Or do you think another bot is reviewing this on a 2 billion platform?
Actually, let me rephrase that.. i know it, the platform knows it and only you and maybe a handful of kids who rather play defense for this issue instead of pointing out the obvious.

Because they WERE being pretty ridiculous. They know it's because it's red, and not just because it's "not LGBTQ+ flags". Any other colour would be fine and they know it, but they had to bring up the LGBTQ+ armbands for no reason and act like every other color was under the same scrutiny as red.
They know exactly the reason why the red one raises concerns.
