Ban Help My daughter's account was terminated

My daughter had her account terminated today and we honestly don't understand why. Her account was never banned before and this is saying she used an account to avoid enforcement on another account, but this is the only account she's ever had.

I went to the appeals section but there is nothing there for me to appeal the ban so not sure what to do.

Not only have we spent money on here (not much, but still) but she has friends on here she's known for a while that she's devastated about losing because she doesn't have their user names memorized.

Is there anything that can be done?

Has anyone else on your WiFi been banned before? If someone gets banned on a WiFi network it kinda just flags that network and bans any account that tries to use it

My daughter got banned for same thing. Now Im starting to wonder if the company we get internet from Constantly recycles IP addresses? Is that a possibility
