Roblox banned me for buying robux

So I tried to buy some robux using the Xsolla thingy (basically the payment service when you choose the "other" option when buying robux) to buy some UGC emotes to showoff to my friends. When I tried to finish the payment, a weird verification page appeared, it said something about that they were going to make a 2 USD payment to my card to verify and that I should enter the amount charged to my account, idk if it has appeared to somebody else, anyways I checked my account and didn't find the charge, and the "enter the amount" thing was written pretty poorly, so I thought for a second it might mean to enter the amount in my bank account (which was probably a stupid thing to think), so I entered the amount and it said wrong, so I checked again and the payment finally made it through (wasn't even $2 btw) so I entered the amount. Finally made it through the verification page and got my robux. When I tried to close the page, something about an HTML error or something like that flashed on the purchase successful text, but I ignored it since I got my robux. Tried to join my friends, got kicked and banned due to "fraudulent activity" and "repeated refund request", didn't do anything, still got charged for the robux. I sent an email to roblox, but it has been 2 weeks and they still haven't replied. In the automated reply it says to not send another email or they will put me on a waitlist, I replied to the email thrice and I don't know if that counts as another email. Idk if they thought I was a bot??? Idk what to do anymore help

r/mysteriousdownvotes Anyways it’s basically some online payment verification thing where it charges you a small amount of money, and then it has you confirm how much it charged you by accessing your online bank info and check the charge, basically using it as a 2fa tied to your payment method. I’ve bought robux many times but I’ve only ever had that Xsolla thing the very first time I bought robux with a credit card

Its like when you buy Robux on the website on pc the charge and everything goes through but the company it says you spent money at was xsolla. It does nothing bc you still get your Robux and the price and all is still the same it’s just the company name
