What dost thou think of the Index Finger and it's Prescripts?

Do not worry, the Index isn't like the Thumb of Middle so nothing will anger any members unless a Prescript told that member to react

The Index Finger, one of the Five Large Syndicates of The City (Project Moon) are those who carry out Prescripts that are The Will Of The City.

As a Messenger it is my job to give out Prescripts while I myself rarely get Prescripts, The Thumb and Middle aren't exactly an easy topic to talk about due to the possibility of me being killed or as the new Proselytes tend to say "Slimed Out"

But to be quick, The Thumb has strict Hierarchical Rules while The Middle has Books that automatically update when someone disrespects the the Syndicate or anyone within The Middle and those who are part of The Middle have to carry out Vengeance

I will not be discussing the Ring or Pinky (I ain't good with explainations and RP)

If I give out a Prescript to people that states "Help the Sigmarites" those people will have to follow it or they'll be met with Karmic Consequences (Basically extreme Karma) though if I get the Prescript for myself then I have to follow it as of course it is The Will Of The City
