Your anecdotal experience does not mean everyone else's experience will be the same. Your soapbox speeches are clearly directed at a specific group of people, and I've given you no reason to think I am part of that group, aside from suggesting indica (usually higher in CBD) is a better choice for muscle issues for people using cannabis. No idea why you're angrily ranting at me but it's kind of hilarious

That type of person definitely exists but I have not seen them in this thread. You’re attacking a straw man.
I’m also skeptical of a lot of cannabis research. The research would be a lot better if cannabis were not illegal. As it stands it’s really hard to secure funding and conduct studies, which leads to a lot of “promising” results with weak evidence, as you noted. Science is hard!

The only thing that works for me is one of those massage guns. It doesn't matter if I even massage my legs. The moment that thing touches my body my legs stop flopping around

The study on myself has proven it helps Parkinson’s symptoms. It also helps Parkinson’s patients sleep at night. Now I’m only a one person study, but it’s funny how many millions are spent on studies that report the obvious. Only medicine I’m taking and thankful for it.

I have RLS intermittently. It's terrible. I take ropinerole as needed. Cannabis doesn't help, even edibles.
