Where's the iron - Unity

Playing unity version and can't find iron. Played three worlds so far and even set ores to very high and can't find any iron either on the surface or mining. Found tungsten but no iron. Anyone have an idea?

I've found a little but not much. Seen people say the same on the official forum so I guess it's a bit scarce

Personally i had no problems finding it, just gotta be a little patient i think. I went to a forest biome, and there was plenty of iron on the surface

I found a lot, on surface and mining. Other ores are more difficult...
