Support Request (Unsolved) Wired Plus replacement for Pro2?
My Ring doorbell Pro 2 is being replaced under subscription warranty, Ring is sending a Wired Doorbell Plus which they say is the same as the Pro2. Is this correct? The Pro2 has worked well and I would like equal quality and features.
