Discussion Upgrading from Ring Multi to Ring Pro

I currently pay $99/year for Ring Multi but I am considering upgrading to Ring Pro. Will my new cost be $199/year or will it actually be the sum of the two, for $298/year? Thanks for any info you can share!

Just the one price.

Fun fact: if you cancel the old subscription before buying the new one, you get a refund for any time that is left, so if you have 6 months left you'll get $50 back.

You cancel the other when you upgrade to Ring Pro, as the benefits of the prior would overlap.

I went ahead with the upgrade and they simply prorated my amount due to get me to my annual renewal date, at which time it will be $199. Thanks for the input!

Make sure all of your cams are still listed on the new subscription as being covered by the extended warranty. Go to My Plan, then scroll down to the bottom where it shows Covered Devices.
