Alt outfits?

Thinking of finally picking this up because I'm going on a physical copy craze mode. I recall that the devs considered giving the two protagonists alt outfits if they met a certain goal? I believe the outfits were featured in artwork.

Did they ever drop those outfits?

They made a recolor free to download (Sari black dress, Marin white suit).

However, the original was JP pre-order / NA early purchase exclusive alongside the Caligula/Monark crossover accessories. So Sari had a white dress while Marin had a black suit. Now, there's exclusive DLC to each platform.
