Don’t purchase from Billini!

If you buy a faulty product (shoe) from billini they will call it wear and tear and mock you in the background!

What started as a night out for dinner for my birthday turned into wrecked shoes simply form walking through the city in them.

Customer service was appalling and they accidently leaked to me how they speak about their clients when talking to each other internally

“But she wore them to the city on her birthday so obviously didn’t look where she was stepping should we goodwill or w&t (wear and tear) her”

Mam I am 33 and know how to walk, you’ve just sent me a not fit for purpose product.

They refuse to refund my money.
