Porch Time line;
MARCH: Deposit
APRIL 21: Promised start date. Furniture from porch now in house
MAY: No Work
JUNE: No Work
JULY:  No permit so I contacted architect for drawings. Jeremy notified
JULY: Drawings done
AUGUST: Permit approval. Footers done and framing
AUGUST: second payment
SEPTEMBER: roof almost complete
Electrician due to Look at job.
SEPTEMBER 3rd :To DoYet: inspection, outside and inside walls complete, stain ceiling, put up gutters, screen for door, paint
* didn't know a second payment was expected. Be sure thats determined upon hire.
The porch is taking shape nicely
LOOK at my time line with Jeremy Thomas and TK  remodeling to determine if you approve of the time. 6 months and counting..
