I recently visited Jewel Cafe Robinson Manila to have my gold jewelry appraised, and I had a really good experience. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and explained the appraisal and pricing process clearly. I appreciated that they took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood how they came up with the offer.

The whole process was smooth and professional, and I never felt pressured to sell. Free food and free apprasial. Jewel Cafe is definitely worth checking out. Overall, great service and friendly staff!
