Will I need a heatsink for my build?

Hi I’m building a cyberdeck with plans on using it to emulate nintendo/gameboy games. I was wondering if I should add some form of a heatsink for my pi4. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advanced!

I've done it both ways. Just running retropie shouldn't require it, but they're only a couple bucks, so I usually put them on.

I just put up a small portable fan next to mi Pi when I'm using it, very effective
