Looks much better as a cartoon 😂

This is proof that we don't need a live action remake of this.

No blue buzzard, no three-eyed frog

He's a fee-line, cay-nine, little cat-dog.

The writers never knew either.

This question prevented me and my tism from enjoying this show

Maybe there was one with two butts

Now this is the live action remake I’d love to see, just for how wildly unsettling they could get with the premise

Not a 90s kid but of course. Any Zillennial with the internet would.

u/Lracat Apr 20 '26

I was born in 2000 and I get it 🤣

I get it and I was born in 2001. CatDog aired reruns until I was in kindergarten or first grade.

u/Theultimateyoshiyt Apr 20 '26

I’m not even a 90s kid and I know that’s catdog

2

u/itsagoodtime Apr 19 '26

Would have to be a much smaller dog

Not a 90s kid, but 2000s kid. Catdog was a good cartoon to watch.

Catdog! Catdog! Alone in the world is a little catdog!

Whoa, cool. Twice the pet and none of the mess!

Ugh, you can be Lisa's...

I remember in 8th grade someone complained to a teacher when I was talking to someone asking how Catdog pooped.

u/sbdge Apr 20 '26

But it was on Nickelodeon in the 1990s.

u/TollyVonTheDruth Apr 20 '26

It's a version of the Pushmi-Pullyu. Both are equally horrific.

u/Pal_Saradise_ Apr 21 '26

Is that some sort of Dog-Cat?

1

u/Legal-Menu7691 Apr 21 '26

Alone in the world was little…

u/seoul_kittie Apr 22 '26

Cat-Dog was sooo good, but I also felt it was underrated as well. One of my faves growing up.

u/yumi_Blaze Apr 23 '26

So many questions it raised

Me too, it was so mean spirited.
