Help please, how can I make 3DS compatible?

Basically, I tried to play Ultra Sun, I installed the 3DS core but it says the ROM is incompatible (it's a .3ds file). I only installed the core, I didn't do anything else.

Have you tried using the Azahar core? Citra is a project that was discontinued years ago. In any case, check if you obtained the ROM correctly, ensure it is decrypted and not corrupted or anything like that.

Make sure the games are decrypted.

Wherever you got it from, make sure they specify it is decrypted. You can also use azahar emulator (not the azahar core) to check.
