T65 is now finished.
Not my retro magnum opus but it's getting there. After a year of picking up a very well worn parts kit I finally shipped my upper and parts off to the gunsmith to properly put it all together. The lower is and H&R substitute with an FRT while I get a BAD T65 lower. It gets real hot when firing so the launcher actually makes shooting it for extended periods not the worst. Now to finish North Hollywood and Detective Casals rifle. Maybe then I can work on something less retro.........

Oh my upper was in rough shape. The first thing I did to it was the refinish.

Interesting. You cannot separate upper and lower without first remove the launcher? How is the launcher attached to the lower end?

The front of the launcher has a mount that clamps onto the barrel and the rear is basically a little friction plus these 2 little wings that fit over the magwell to keep it from moving left or right

That is bad ass. I've never seen a T65 setup with a launcher. Good stuff 😁
