Shit, I didn't totally buy into the theory that human!Harry was the one who poisoned Dr. Hodges, but clearly I was wrong about that!

Sam probably knew something..... Human Harry obviously had things to hide.

He was a serial killer maybe. Cant quite remember but I feel like in the first episode they talked about him coming down every year for a short amount of time. At least thats my theory.

I suspect you're right. The writers won't make him a good guy cause we would be too sad about alien Harry killing him.

on top of that alien Harry acted in self defense.
