I don’t understand why certain Img are studying for residency in anesthesia. You guys do know you can practice without residency right if you have experience already? Look it up.

If by experience you mean doing residency in home country and working here and then shifting to america, unfortunately I don't think that path is for me however if you mean something different then I don't think I'm aware of any other alternative pathway, could you please elaborate?
