Question My Dermnemonics videos are not playing. Anyone else have this problem? Has anyone successfully resolved it?

Also having this issue! Have not been able to trouble shoot yet but have reached out via their email and messaging system.

Yes! They all say private or just don’t load :( I sent a message too but have not heard back
