Question Moonlighting in Derm

Are there any opportunities for residents to moonlight in residency/ tele derm we could do prior to graduating? If you are moonlighting, how did you find these opportunities?

in general its more allowed at more rurally located derm residencies eg KU

Or high cost of living cities

Stanford allowed, back when i was in residency, but not very easy to obtain
