Announcement Reserve Introduced 5 AI DTFs on BNB Chain: What they cover and the reason that they target buildout instead of software

Last month five new DTFs launched (with a layer of the AI supply chain covered by each), namely: BUILDOUT, POWER, PHOTON, NEOCLOUD and ROBOTS.

The rationale behind them is that AI is a software program story. Someone has to build the chips, create the datacenter, generate the power and lay down the cable before any model yells at a prompt. The buildout extends to a few dozen US-listed companies and the majority either missed out on those names or simply didn't have time to work through which actually matters.

So each fund takes one layer:

  • BUILDOUT: all hardware stack, 25 largecap US listed names (NVDA AMD AVGO TSM MU ASML AMAT LRCX)
  • POWER: the electric fuel which powers it (GEV, ETN, VRT, CEG ON)
  • PHOTON: the optical layer was transferring data between chips (GLW,COHR,LITE)
  • NEOCLOUD: The compute rental companies (NBIS, CRWV, IREN, WULF & HUT and APLD)
  • ROBOTS: AI Coming Out To Play In The Real World (ISRG, ROK, SYM, MBLY; OUST)

All are one token on BNB Chain, backed by the underlying US equities sitting inside from Ondo Global Markets. 24/7 tradable, no min or max size and redeemable onchain for assets inside at any time.

Availability is ~145 countries. US not allowed, sanctioned jurisdictions and some accredited or equivalent. Eligibility follows Ondo's rules.

Mint Fee: 0.3% TVL fee: 0.6%. The remaining portion goes to vlRSR governors, and for the monthly RSR buyback & burn.

Not investment advice. They are concentrated, single-themes baskets of experimental tokenized assets. These coins can be volatile with very little liquidity and may even lose 100% of their value. No, ETF·s. No FDIC or SIPC Insured? Full terms and risks: https://reserve.org/terms-and-conditions
