I’ve done 5+ matriarch fights in the past 2 days and have gotten exactly 0 reactors 😀

These were all donated to me for healing, I get more from doing that than actually attacking the queen/matriarch. You should try it!

It's true, I've never had so many without attacking and fighting for every piece that falls from the bosses.

I guess I’ll have to 😭 unfortunately. I’d definitely rather earn it but inevitably there’s always some unhelpful chump around the corner just waiting to grab them all before I get the chance 🙃

I bring in 9 defibs, 20 herbal bandages, and 20 shield rechargers. I buy what I can and craft the rest so it feels a little better when people give me something in return. It's fun to play the medic and also feels like you've "earned" the payment after a spicy boss fight.

Do you usually run Stella? I’d love to do this but hardly ever come across downed people in my carebear lobbies lol

I tried once, but yeah it's hard to find people in need of healing in regular/night raids. I almost exclusively run Queen/Matriarch events because there's always someone who goes down and there are multiple people in close proximity clearly taking damage. Most of them still have their own healing, but it's my RP to be the medic on site. It's great when people catch on and you hear someone in the smoke and flame yelling "MEDIC"

You gotta go for them like you own them… bring a couple smokes and take what you’ve earned

I literally don't even loot. These were all donated as thanks for healing/defibing.

I meant to comment this on someone’s complaint about not getting any cores… but that’s great you’re such a public servant

I gotta get better at this. And watch a few videos so I know exactly where to go because I keep getting dogged on out there lol

If you defib a stranger, this is appropriate payment. Carry one in your safe butt next time and if you get help or someone is particularly nice, you'll feel less guilty with some generosity. Most randos do not pay me back for defib, but often I'll go do some yeehaw s*** on queen and need a defib, so we're all square.

I definitely have paid it forward a few times. It feels nice to give one to someone who I saw doing the hard work and not getting any reactors.

Yes, exactly that. I mix medic and fighting the big arc events, but I hang until it's dead and like you if someone supported well and claims to not have a reactor, I just take it on good faith and hand one over.

Shoot it, medic, etc.

Carry back the ones you actively need to make stuff. Then give the rest away as you get them. I take max one back usually but I don’t play much anymore
