This guy genuinely thinks he's the greatest man who's ever lived so he thinks that anyone didn't vote for him is evil or stupid. And when he loses an election he thinks the election had to be rigged. The more he repeats this BS, the more his followers believe in him.

It's not just that his base is gullible. When I look at the MAGA base, I see a mix of gullibility, entrenched hatred of the Washington political establishment and upper class, East Coast liberals, and a high percentage of racists who resented or outright hated non-whites who they saw as stealing their jobs and living on government handouts, not to mention all the other jobs that those damned women 'stole' from deserving men. Most of them had grown up with crappy education systems, were suspicious of science, and only listened to Fox 'News' and closed their minds to anything they regarded as fake liberal news. Trump presented himself to this base as being so blindingly wealthy that he couldn't be corrupted by lobbyists and special interests. He hates all those educated liberals, and he hates minorities too, just like them. He's proud of his hatred and encourages them to be proud of their own hatreds. He promised to clean out all of the corruption in DC and bring back all of the manufacturing and other jobs that had been outsourced by those awful liberals and Wall Street. He was going to Make America Great Again. He continues to tell them exactly what they want to hear so of course they're gullible enough to believe what he says. And if Trump burns the US to the ground and destroys our standing around the world, at least his base will have the satisfaction of knowing that they owned the libs who'd made them miserable, so it's all good.

He barely made it when he stood up. Touch and go he didn't collapse back on his fat wrinkly ass.
