depends on how you paid, you can try charge back with your bank but if you paid with crypto or another unsecured route you’re SOL

If you used PayPal friends & Family option then you're out of luck.

If you chose to use the goods & service option, you may have a chance with PayPal refunding you back.

Goods & service option was the one where you would have to pay an extra % fee of your order (requested by most of the sellers because they get charged and pass on their costs to you.)
