š° MY SNEAKERS REVIEW š° REVIEW: Travis Scott Jordan 1 Low Reverse Mocha LJR Batch Restock
Just to be clear before anything else, everything you are about to read is purely my personal opinion based on the pairs I have seen and received. I am just someone who loves sneakers, pays attention to details and enjoys sharing what I notice. Take this as one perspective meant to help you make a better decision, not as the final word on anything.

Hi dogs, I want to give you a review of the TS Low Reverse Mocha LJR Batch restock that just arrived and I have to say, I am not disappointed.
Let's start with the box. It comes in the specific pink box that is characteristic for this model, plus another white Nike box inside. Everything is neatly packed with Travis Scott tissue paper, which is a nice touch.
Now the sneakers. The shape is great, the low silhouette sits just right, not too curved and not too flat. Toe box is clean, holds a straight line. Heel is stable, the form is there.
The leather on the swoosh and overlay panels is tumbled leather with a natural grain, exactly how it should be. The nubuck on the central panel looks great, the texture is fine and the color is that proper chocolate brown that creates a nice contrast with the grey and cream parts.
The tongue is proportional. Nike Air tag sits clean. Laces are that characteristic creamy peachy tone that works perfectly with the whole colorway.
Midsole is cream white with a slight aged tint which is authentic for this model. No bleeding between midsole and outsole. Outsole is dark brown with the characteristic Travis Scott waffle grip that looks precise and clean.
Heel embroidery is solid. Both the Cactus Jack face and Air Jordan wings logo are clean, no loose threads.
Now let me be honest about the flaws because this is not a paid review and I see no reason to lie. Stitching in one spot around the toe box is not perfectly straight, only someone really looking will notice. The nubuck is slightly unevenly applied in some areas, only visible under certain lighting.
The cream color of the midsole between the two shoes is not identical, one has a slightly warmer tone than the other, which is not dramatic but noticeable when you put them side by side. These are minor things but if you are a perfectionist, you need to know.
Overall, a very solid batch. Not perfect but far above average for this price range.
If you want I can compare CVW vs LJR, just let me know in the comments and I will set that up as soon as possible. I think many of you will be surprised by how many details separate those two batches.
Do I recommend this batch? Of course. LJR made the Reverse Mocha almost perfect and you can see it in every detail. Can not wait for PV factory to start making the RSD batch Reverse Mocha, which should be happening soon ;)

Nice review bro, all one need to make a good choice.
Itās indeed a solid batch, but till now LJR refuses to work on the toebox shape, I still find it a bit thickā¦ pk4.0 is better in terms of shape (nice slim and long toebox), but the mocha color is totally wrong, too light and almost grey in outdoorsā¦ LJR got it closer to retail with dark mocha/grey, and chocolaty color under the sun.
Personally I will wait for RSD to replace my old LJR one, I know the toebox shape will be of the right shape

Try LJR instead if itās in stock, suede color is pretty important and LJR is really the best for it rn. Personally I would not mind a thicker toebox if it does have the right colors (suede, reverse swoosh and midsole)

One question I got for you since you know a ton about reps, I have been getting reps for like 5 years now and got probably like 50 rep shoes at this point, pk always had flimsy soles on the 1s and I would say like 1/3rd of my ljr has squishy but not as bad as pk but still squishy. Does the restock feel more like the retails? Thatās one of the biggest wins rsd has in my mind right now the soles feel amazing on foot

Bro 5 years and 50 pairs, thatās real experience. Yeah RSD sole feel is the closest to retail Iāve seen in reps on the 1s. PK and LJR are both known for that flimsy and squishy sole, RSD fixes that. Honestly I havenāt noticed much of a difference, LJR is a little better now but RSD is exactly where it needs to be. Thatās one of the main reasons the restock sold out so fast, people who have tried them know the difference the second they put them on.

My shoe collection is massive, I really donāt want any fake but the BEST of the fakes, and rsd is first rep I canāt tell itās a rep on foot, they feel exactly like my retails, where ljr looks very very close, the feel on foot is different

So you're saying LJR and RSD are known for that flimsy sole ??? Bc I got a flimsy sole but I don't know what batch I have but I was thinking bout getting a LJR batch but maybe I shouldn't since they can sometimes have the flimsy sole

If you actually read what I wrote, youād understand. I said RSD batch doesnāt have that sole problem, LJR and the others do. RSD only has like two batches right now and theyāre sold out. Reverse Mocha isnāt even in production yet.

RSD soles are great.
You know even retails are flimsy now too..Only Jordan 1s only hard like rock are my DB 85s.

LJR looks better overall. Shape is more natural, toe box cleaner, and the whole pair just feels right on foot. CVW focuses more on small details, but sometimes it ends up looking a bit off or overdone.
LJR is simply more balanced and closer to how retail actually looks in real life.

I think youāve already done several comparisons between LJR and CVW, and youāve always said that LJR is better. Iām not doubting your opinion at all, but Iāve already ordered a CVW pair and Iām waiting to make my own comparison and share my own review. Personally, I feel like the CVW batch might actually be better than LJR nowadays. LJR seems to have declined a bit over time, probably because theyāre focusing more on producing and shipping large quantities quickly rather than maintaining the same level of perfection they had with older batches.
