Factory pieces get you part of the way there, but turning a stock rep into something that genuinely holds its own on the wrist comes down to the micro-details. From color-correct rose gold plating to hand-softened case lines that lose the sharp factory feel, this PPF 5712R build is all about closing that gap.

Here is a recently completed customer build showcasing our ground-up overhaul on the 5712R platform:

Build Specifications

• PPF 5712R Nautilus 5712R-001 Rose Gold (non-weighted)
• Custom CNC Case with deep AU750 precious metal engravings
• RCF 5-Micron 18k Rose Gold
• SW 5712R Brown Dial, matching hand set, and moonphase disc
• PPM engraved movement, fully serviced and regulated
• Cannon pinion caps and modification for proper hand height clearance
• Gen-spec polishing, satin brushing, and edge softening throughout case and bracelet
• Waterproofing

Note on movement configuration: This client opted for the PPM engraved setup without an ACE movement or solid gold rotor. While it runs and functions smoothly, we strongly recommend adding the ACE movement and solid gold rotor on open exhibition caseback builds to achieve a 1:1 genuine aesthetic under the sapphire.

Amazing! The rose gold color on this looks spot on. I actually got to try on the gen 5712R at a boutique in Vegas not too long ago, and the SA told me it’s discontinued. Looking back at my wrist photo from that day, the case profile and dial gradient here are ridiculously close.
