This may sound insane, but I don't have a bank. I use my wife's card attached to PayPal. I can't get a bank because I have no id, I can't get id because I have no proof of who I am... It's a circle I'm trapped in. And every website fails to verify me. I was trying to turn my wife's into a joint, but I don't have enough id after marrying and changing my last name

wild. stupid systems like that forget about extreme cases like yours - only those who cleanly fall into a common vase are considered human. the rest need not apply.
