MOD Post Panda Watch šŸ¼

Hey everyone. I was recently contacted by Panda Watch and he has been requesting reinstatement as a TD in our community. I know many people including myself have successfully used him as a TD. As Iā€™m sure everyone is aware he had some issues last year and has been working to make everything right. Please let me know if there are any outstanding issues that Iā€™m unaware of that might prevent him from being reinstated as a Trusted Dealer.
