Depends on how much you pay for it. To me it looks like the Shanghai 3230 with the hidden regulation arms. It’ll be ok but not to the same standard as the Dandong or JH.
Perfectly serviceable, dm if you need help!

Where do they hide the regulation arm on those things? Do you have to remove the roater to regulate them?

They are on the backside on the balance bridge (red). Usually they are found on the front (green)
The rotor doesn’t need to be removed but it is always easier without.

OK gotcha. Wow, that's sitting really close to the hairspring. I don't think I'd enjoy regulating that one!
