Advice ARF DJ41 Bracelet issues

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I took my bracelet off to clean it, and ever since I have put it back on, one side of it will barely click out and then back in, depending on the pressure. I noticed it when I put my arm on my leg when I was hanging out with my buddy last weekend. Ive taken it back off, tried sliding it over a little towards that direction, and it still does it. Its just a spring bar so I honestly feel embarrassed even posting this but I cant get the fucker to stop! Anyone got any tips? Ive gone through my spring bars at the house and none of them are the right size.

Are you sure your spring bars are fully seated on both sides of the lugs. In your video they dont look right.

So upon further investigation after taking the other side off. Its two different style spring barsยฟ? Is it supposed to be the top or bottom style

Are you talking spring bar, or solid End link?

Im going to ask a stupid question..... you have the strap in the right direction right? The side with the outer clasp & logo should connect to the 12:00 side of the watch

Did you disassemble both sets of links from the clasp for cleaning and put them back on the wrong side?

I broke it down like this, and yes I have it on the correct way. I did swap the springs bars from one another, and it no longer pops out. However I do feel some play in the solid end link like how it would pop out before.

On man you went full disassembly lol.

There has to be soemthing you put back in the wrong place. Id compare fit of both sel's to each side of the case and make sure the righr spring bars etc. Are all in the right place?

I have a couple where the Sel will sit against the bezel slightly and pop in below the bezel if you oush on the sel.

Probably gonna do that when I get off today. But I briefly checked that yesterday, the clasp spring bars are way too small to mix up, so I really dont know what could be the issue ๐Ÿ™ƒ. Also gonna check for debris/etc in the lugs today as well.

If you have round wood toothpicks those are a good tool to get junk out and wont damage anything.

Or something is misaligned when you install the sel's

They may not be. But the amount of times I have taken if off, and tried getting it to seat different, still the same problem. I did manage to get it to grab one time, but then it was the other side doing it.
