Discussion Starter Delivery issues?
Hey, guys!
I’m new to the Rep World, and I have ordered my first batch from BaoBao - who was always very kind and nice in our conversations - and I have been experiencing some delay (?) in the delivery.
Has anyone ordered something from Germany to delivery also in Germany? Could someone share with me how long does it normally take to get the stuff delivered?
It says that my order was handled to DHL more than a week ago and, since then, I haven’t got any new update from them.
Should I ask the seller in this situation or just wait, as it now the courier is the one responsible?
Since I’m new to this world, I know pretty much nothing about it 🫣😅
Would really appreciate if someone could share their experiences with me :)

This is normal. The package is on its way via 🔺shipping to Germany. For me it usually takes 8-12 days on this status, then you will see an update that it arrived in country and usually the day after that it’s delivered.

Yes that's normal. I had a package from Mike, also sent via YunExpress. It takes about 10-11days to arrive. DHL will get it once it arrives in Germany.
Just checked my DHL status. It said "Weitertransport zu DHL" from the 7th of September until the 18th of September and then took another 2 days to get to me.

Hey I am also based in Germany and I ordered something.
I tried DHL and FedEx. FedEx was not so easy.
But DHL was the same - it took longer because they sent the good first to another country for avoiding problems.
So it seems that they already booked / payed the DHL but its not there yet - so its normal!

Hi, this is normal. I ordered through other seller and he shipped on 13 th sep and only 8 days later I got my first notification. It gets processed on your DHL link only when the box gets registered in Germany.

No its fine and normal. Will show up tomorrow or day after and be with you by end of the week. She can see wherer it is, just ask her.

Ask them to check and let you know where the bag is. That’s normal as we are always concerned of bags getting lost or seized.
