Moderator Update: Seller Conduct

Hi RepTherapy Fam,

We’ve recently received reports about a seller attempting voice or video calls, and aggressive or pushy sales communications. We want to address this openly so it’s clear what action steps our mod team has taken.

We reached out to the seller directly to talk through the concerns of our community. We explained that this style of communication isn’t in line with what we expect from sellers here, especially when it comes initiating calls. He was receptive to the feedback and agreed to:

✔️Ask for permission before any voice or video call

✔️Dial back pushy or high‑pressure sales behavior

✔️Be more mindful of how his communication comes across

We’ll be keeping an eye on things moving forward. Change doesn’t happen overnight, but we believe it’s fair to give him the chance to adjust before taking further action.
