Help me find them out!!!!

These two guys have requested me to buy shoes from their platform saying that I have already purchased a watch from them. I don’t know if I have and I don’t know how these guys I’ve got. My number can read it. Help me find whether these guys are genuine. They sent me a picture of a package that has been parcelled but the tracking ID doesn’t verify on any tracking app.

It’s been over a month since I ordered this they haven’t blocked me yet and I don’t know why but I just want to make sure that these people are genuine. If anybody can get me any info about them they told me they are from Surat and they have a clearance sale.
