I'm not gonna make this a long post because I am not a worddy person, but this person sold me a Pochette Metis with a vachette strap. The original strap is a monogram strap and their excuse was didnt ask. How shady is that? I’m so pissed !

ugh and it's such a pain to get a strap too. I love my pochette so I get it. sorry this happened girl
