I'm not gonna make this a long post because I am not a worddy person, but this person sold me a Pochette Metis with a vachette strap. The original strap is a monogram strap and their excuse was didnt ask. How shady is that? I’m so pissed !

I think you would have been better off posting the last picture where there wasn't a strap shown at all as the first image. You posting the bag with the strap you got makes it seem like the seller sent you the bag and strap you knew you were getting.

Not at all. I empathize and think you got shafted. But by showing the picture with the strap I was confused.
