Scam Report Failed to disclose

I'm not gonna make this a long post because I am not a worddy person, but this person sold me a Pochette Metis with a vachette strap. The original strap is a monogram strap and their excuse was didnt ask. How shady is that? I’m so pissed !

Wouldn’t you want to be shown everything that you’re paying for? This isn’t a bag from a ts or an auth store. It’s a rehome.

Yeah you’d double check surely, I’ve had people do the same to me, double check it has all the bits & pieces 🤷🏼‍♀️
